Self Adhesive PTFE Fabrics Standard Grade is made by coating ptferesin on the surface of glass fiber yarn and coating organic pressure sensitive silicone on one side. The yellow-textured PVC release paper covers the sticky surface. Self-cutting rolls without liners are also available.

The standard width is 1M or 1.5M, which allows small-scale high-precision slitting. The thickness is 0.075 to 0.33 MM. The color is generally brown and black, and other colors can also be made.

Features

- It can be used at low temperature -196°C, high temperature between 300°C, weather resistance and anti-aging. After practical
  application, if placed at a high temperature of 250°C for 200  days, not only the strength will not become lower, but also the weight will
  not decrease;   when placed at 350°C for 120 hours, the weight will only decrease by about 0.6%; at -180°C, it can maintain the original
  softness under ultra-low temperature conditions.
 

- Non-adhesive: The surface is smooth and it is not easy to adhere to any substance. It is easy to clean all kinds of oil stains, stains or other
  attachments attached to its surface; almost all adhesive substances such as paste, resin, paint, etc. can be easily removed.

- Chemical resistant, resistant to strong acids, alkalis, aqua regia and various organic solvents.
- Drug resistance, non-toxic. Almost resistant to all pharmaceutical items.

- It has high insulation performance, UV protection and anti-static.

- Fire retardant.

- Easy to use and long service life.



 

Applications

- PTFE Teflon Adhesive Tape is used in heat sealing and cutting machine and high-speed heat sealing machine for food and medicine plastic
  packaging industry.

- Anti-adhesive treatment on the surface of various dryer drying cylinders; anti-adhesive treatment on the surface of the laminating
  machine; anti-adhesive treatment on the surface of the guide roller and the pressure roller;

- Used on other various workpiece surfaces, anti-adhesive, anti-stick color, reducing friction
