PTFE Coated Aramid Fabrics
PTFE Coated Aramid fabrics are manufactured from woven Aramid substrates that have been coated with PTFE. This fabric has a very high tensile and tear strength, and it bends better than the standard glass fabrics, therefore, this fabrics is recommended for use in moist and/or steam environments.
PTFE Coated Aramid fabrics mainly used in conveyor belt applications and is particularly suitable as an edge reinforcement material. ZBKev series of PTFE Aramid fabrics are available in different thicknesses of .005″, .007″, .010″, .014″ & .017″and up to 2200mm width.
